Export Contacts
1. Select File
2. Select Open and Export
3. Click Import/Export
4. Select Export to a File & Click Next
5. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) & Click Next
6. Select Contacts & Click Next
7. Click Browse
8. Save to your Desktop & Click OK
9. Click Finish
Import Contacts
1. Select File
2. Select Open and Export
3. Click Import/Export
4. Select Import from another program or file & Click Next
5. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) & Click Next
6. Click Browse
7. Go to Your Desktop and Select the File you just created, Click Open and Next
8. Select “Contacts”, make sure “Import items into the same folder in: {User’s Email Address]” is Selected, Click Finish
You're Finished! The exported contacts will now be imported into the user’s contact list.
